The Girl Ambassador Program (GAP) employs a four-year, tiered strategy for workforce development. With a focus on paced learning, our certified instructors assess each participant’s unique strengths in software, hardware, and life experiences to offer a curriculum in hybrid skills. This tailored approach prepares girls for higher-paying job opportunities and leadership roles. In addition, participants are exposed to thought leaders and subject matter experts in job readiness, leadership, networking, and financial literacy, giving them an invaluable head start in their professional and entrepreneurial journeys.
