This Girl Action Team will be held virtually. Info session: February 17
Meeting Days: Weekly on Wednesdays
Time: 5:30p-6:30p
Schedule: March 2 to May 12th
End of program event: May 15
Eligibility: Open to all middle and high school-aged girls
Join the jr.NBA x Girl Action Team where girls will get on-court training with off-court life skills lessons.
Girls in this program will:
- BUILD confidence
- FEEL EMPOWERED to face the challenges of adolescence
- LEARN values like teamwork
We know it’s so important for girls to SEE WHAT THEY CAN BE, so the curriculum highlights personal life experiences and stories shared by WNBA players from all 12 WNBA teams.
The curriculum and participant workbook are designed to for meaningful engagement activity and conversation – VIRTUALLY OR IN PERSON, when our local guidelines allow.
Once you register for the jr.NBA x Girl Action Team, girls will join their teammates and can expect a fun, interactive experience plus some colorful swag.
