Join us for an afternoon of connection, inspiration and empowerment as we host an Impact Screening of the award-winning documentary Daughters. This powerful film follows the journey of four young girls as they prepare for a special Daddy Daughter Dance with their incarcerated fathers.
We are honored to welcome Sistah Angela Patton, a visionary leader in the Greater Richmond community and Chief Executive Officer of Girls For A Change, and Co-Director of the film. Her extraordinary work has earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious “Champions of Change” award presented by President Obama in 2016.
Following the screening, Sistah Angela Patton will join us for a Q&A.
