Join our team of Griffith Foods Chefs and Food Scientists as you learn culinary skills in the kitchen and learn how to bring them to life through the discipline of Food Science.

Each week, one of our expert chefs will teach you a different recipe breaking down the techniques of preparing, seasoning, and cooking. We will provide tips on how to pick healthy ingredients while shopping, and what you can do with them.

Our expert team of food scientists will then discuss the science behind the preparation of these dishes, as well as quality and food safety. We hope to inspire you to make these great foods again in the future for your friends and family, while taking away new skills in the Culinary Arts and inspiration in the Food Science careers.
